Blue Butterfly & Strawberry Boba Tea
It’s the butterfly pea power tea that gives this drink its dreamy colour. The earthiness of the tea is balanced by the creaminess of the condensed milk and the pops of strawberry sweetness from the boba.
4 tsp Butterfly pea flower tea
600ml Boiling water
200ml Semi skimmed milk
80g Strawberry popping boba
Ice
Step 1 of 4
Add the tea to a teapot with mesh strainer and pour over boiling water. Let steep for 3-5 mins. Discard the tea leaves and then set aside to cool.

Add the milk and condensed milk to a small jug and mix thoroughly until combined (you can use a hand held milk frother for this step if you have one!)

Divide the boba pearls evenly between glasses then top with ice. Pour over the cooled tea leaving a small gap at the top of the glass.

Pour over the sweetened milk and watch the colours magically swirl together. Enjoy!
