Ice lolly moulds vary in size and shape – adjust the quantities above accordingly. Add a more fruit juice to this recipe and chill down for a luscious drinkable smoothie!

Step 1 of 3

Start with the red fruit smoothie and whiz the ingredients in a small blender (or use a stick blender) until completely smooth. Pour into a jug. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer for about 1 week.

Step 2 of 3

Divide the red smoothie into the lolly moulds, tap them down gently to remove any bubbles and freeze, without the sticks in, until solid. Make a little hole in the centre of the frozen layer with a knife to help the stick fit in easily.

Step 3 of 3

Make the yellow fruit smoothie and pour into the moulds. Add the sticks and freeze again until solid.
