No Churn Matcha Ice Cream

Matcha, sifted

4 tsp

Vanilla extract

1 tsp

Whipping cream

500ml

Step 1 of 4

In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla and sifted matcha until completely and evenly combined.  

Step 2 of 4

Add in the double cream and using an electric hand whisk, whisk until the mix reaches soft peaks.  

Step 3 of 4

Decant into a freezer safe container and pop in the freezer until completely set (preferably overnight). 

Step 4 of 4

When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and leave to thaw for 10 minutes before serving.
