Mummy Rice crispy Bars
They turned out so well and I decorated them for Halloween and they were perfect.

Unsalted butter

100g

Marshmallows

275g

Rice cereal

200g

White chocolate, melted

75g

Sugar eyes, to decorate

You will also need...

8in square tin lined with baking parchment

Step 1 of 6

Line a 8” square tin with parchment.

Step 2 of 6

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the condensed milk.

Step 3 of 6

Add in the marshmallows and heat on medium low until melted and fully combined.

Step 4 of 6

Tip the cereal in a large bowl. Pour in the melted marshmallow mixture and stir to coat the cereal completely.

Step 5 of 6

Press the mixture into the prepared tin into an even layer. Leave to cool and set for a couple of hours.

Step 6 of 6

Once set, cut into 18 bars. Drizzle with some melted white chocolate and give your mummy a couple of sugar eyes.
