Step 2 of 5
Line the tin with the baking parchment so that it overlaps the sides (this will make it easier to remove from the tin when its set).
Step 3 of 5
Break or chop the white chocolate into small chunks and add to a medium sized bowl with 175g of the condensed milk. Break or chop the dark chocolate and add to a medium sized bowl with the rest of the condensed milk.
Step 4 of 5
Fill two saucepans with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Place each bowl on top of the simmering water (make sure the bowls don’t touch the water), and melt the chocolate and condensed milk.
The condensed milk and chocolate can be melted in the microwave in 10-20 second bursts, stirring frequently.
Step 5 of 5
To assemble – make sure that both fudges are similar temperatures (reheat for 10 seconds in the microwave if needed). Place dollops of white and dark chocolate fudge into the prepared tin and marble together with the end of a teaspoon, fork or skewer. Chop the KitKat and place on top of the fudge then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
