You can make this ice cream with either our standard Condensed Milk or Fat Free Condensed Milk
Fresh and super lemony we love this super easy lemon curd no churn ice cream. Whip it up in no time and then chuck it in the freezer - no need to beat it thanks to the silky smooth condensed milk... Yum!
Carton whipping cream
Lemons, zest and juice
Lemon curd
Step 1 of 3
Whip the cream to soft peaks using an electric mixer, then fold in the condensed milk and mix thoroughly.
Step 2 of 3
Add the lemon zest and juice – it should thicken slightly. Spoon the ice cream mixture into a clean freezer safe box or tin. Beat the lemon curd until smooth and then swirl through the ice cream mixture.
Step 3 of 3
Freeze until solid - no beating required (minimum 4 hours or overnight for best results).
Dip your ice cream scoop in hot water to help you make perfect round scoops of ice cream. We love this in a waffle cone. Why not try turning this into a lemon meringue ice cream by topping the ice cream with crunched up meringue pieces? Delicious!
