White Chocolate Easter Egg Fudge
Made with just three ingredients, including our deliciously creamy Carnation Condensed Milk, this fudge is so simple to make and now with an Easter twist by adding bright chocolate shaped mini eggs! Give our recipe a try this Easter.
White chocolate
Smarties Mini Eggs, chopped
You will also need:
20cm (8in) square tin, lined with baking parchment
Step 1 of 3
Break or chop the white chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk. Melt the ingredients gently over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky. (Alternatively melt in the microwave in 10-20 second bursts, stirring frequently).
Step 2 of 3
Allow the mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes so that when you add the chopped mini eggs they don’t melt too! Combine thoroughly then spoon the fudge into the prepared tin.
We found the best way to chop the eggs was to put them in a strong plastic food bag and bash them with a rolling pin!
Step 3 of 3
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
