White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
You’re just five minutes and one pan away from the easiest white chocolate mocha sauce. Pop it on top of your pancakes, drizzle over ice cream or stick a spoonful in your iced coffee.
80ml Double cream
225g White chocolate
1 ½ tsp Vanilla paste
Step 1 of 3
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and heat gently. Keep stirring until all the ingredients have dissolved and the sauce has thickened.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container.
Step 3 of 3
Store in the fridge for up to seven days.
