Dark Chocolate Easter Egg Fudge
Our dark chocolate Easter egg fudge couldn't be simpler! We've chosen to mix in white chocolate mini eggs with our fudge, but you can try any type of chocolate you like!
Dark chocolate
Milkybar white chocolate mini eggs
You will also need:
20cm (8in) square tin, lined with baking parchment
Step 1 of 3
Break or chop the dark chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk. Melt the ingredients gently over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky. (Alternatively melt in the microwave in 10-20 second bursts, stirring frequently).
Step 2 of 3
Allow the mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes so that when you add the chopped white chocolate mini eggs they don’t melt too! Combine thoroughly then spoon the fudge into the prepared tin.
We found the best way to chop the eggs was to put them in a strong plastic food bag and bash them with a rolling pin!
Step 3 of 3
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
