Mint Choc Chip Sundae
We’ve paired together the winning combination of mint chocolate chip ice-cream and Carnation Chocolate Drizzle to create a delicious summertime dessert.
To make 1 sundae (serves 2):
Small amaretti biscuits, crushed
Small meringues, crushed
You will also need:
2 small sundae glasses
Step 1 of 3
Drizzle 1 tbsp of Carnation Chocolate Drizzle round the inside of the glass or tumbler.
Step 2 of 3
Layer up the ingredients in the glass, finishing with a drizzle of Carnation Chocolate Drizzle over the top.
Step 3 of 3
Take two spoons and enjoy with a friend!
