Iced Caramel Hot Chocolate

For a summer treat, try our cool twist on a winter classic. Velvety hot chocolate meets the sweet smoothness of caramel, all poured over ice.

70g Dark hot chocolate flakes

300ml Semi skimmed milk

Ice 

Step 1 of 3

Add 200ml of the milk into a small saucepan and heat until it’s just starting to simmer (you don’t want it to boil). Add in the chocolate flakes and stir until they have all dissolved. Remove from the heat, add in the remaining 100ml of milk then set aside to cool.

Swirl the inside of your glasses with a little Caramel Drizzle then carefully fill with ice.

Step 3 of 3

Divide the cooled hot chocolate mix between the two glasses and enjoy!
