Vegan alternative whipping cream

450ml

Vanilla bean paste or extract

1tsp

KITKAT 4 Finger Vegan, chopped into small pieces

4 packets

For the chocolate swirl:

Dark chocolate chips

Step 1 of 5

Add the dark chocolate chips and 50g of Carnation Vegan Condensed Milk Alternative to a sauce pan and melt over a low heat. Leave to cool whilst making the ice cream base.

Step 2 of 5

Beat the vegan cream alternative to soft peaks, then add the vanilla and the Carnation Vegan Condensed Milk Alternative and beat again to soft peaks.

Step 3 of 5

Gently fold through the pieces of KITKAT 4 finger Vegan until they are evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.

Step 4 of 5

Pour half the ice cream mix into a freezable container. Dot half of the chocolate mix over the top and swirl through the mixture using a skewer or butter knife. Pour over the rest of the ice cream mixture and swirl the other half of the chocolate mix through.

Step 5 of 5

Freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours or overnight).
